ABOUT CAPTAIN
Eric Rivers
Captain Eric Rivers has been fishing, diving and boating in the Cayman Islands for over 35 years. After working various other marine-related positions for several years, Eric started his own boat/fishing charter business in 1992. He now shares his love for the outdoors and the beauty of Grand Cayman with others every day.
In 1998 he obtained his RYA Yacht-Master certification. Very few boat charter captains in the Cayman Islands hold this coveted title. Guests can rest assured they are in the safest of hands while out on the crystal clear ocean waters of the Cayman Islands with Captain Eric.
Keeping people informed and educated on conservation and environmental concerns is always a focal point of each trip. His friendly attitude and patience with those that may be afraid of embarking out on the water make him a very popular choice as a boat captain among locals and the hotel and tourism industry.
Capt. Eric offers private boat charters either half-day or full day on the North Sound of Grand Cayman. Trips include but are not limited to Snorkeling, Stingray City, Starfish Point, Rum Point, Kaibo. Deep-sea fishing charters can also be arranged.
